Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program 2024-25

The Fulbright Commission in Nepal welcomes applications for the AY2024-25 Visiting Scholar Program

Each year, roughly 900 faculty members and professionals from around the world receive Fulbright Scholar grants for advanced research and university lecturing in the United States. This is a program of the U.S. Department of State with funding provided by the U.S. Government and administered by The Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES), the scholar division of the Institute of International Education (IIE), in collaboration with the Nepal Fulbright Commission.

Depending on the availability of funding, the Nepal Fulbright Commission will provide grants to up to  three Nepali scholars or artists to conduct post-doctoral research at a U.S. university or to undertake an artistic project at a U.S. university, museum, or cultural institution for up to 9 months.
