Kantipur Valley College Organized MBA Leadership Training Session

Kathmandu — Kantipur Valley College (KVC) successfully organized an interactive training session titled “The MBA Leadership Edge” for its MBA and MBA (Executive) students, focusing on enhancing leadership capacity and professional competencies.

The session was facilitated by renowned corporate trainer and leadership coach Mr. Prayash Rajopadhyaya. Designed with a practical and engaging approach, the program incorporated various interactive activities that ensured active participation from the students throughout the session.

Participants demonstrated high levels of enthusiasm and engagement, taking part in exercises aimed at strengthening leadership mindset, communication skills, and decision-making abilities.
